Divya is the CEO & Co-Founder of GoodOps, a strategic consultancy that partners with global enterprises to build resilient, AI-enabled, and climate-smart strategies that drive performance and leadership in a rapidly changing world. With two decades of experience at the intersection of supply chain operations, sustainability, and innovation, Divya is uniquely equipped to guide executive teams through today’s era of transformation — shaped by accelerating technologies, climate disruption, geopolitical uncertainty, and shifting stakeholder expectations.
As both an operator and trusted partner, Divya has led transformation efforts for some of the world’s most influential companies, including Walmart, VF Corporation, Danone, McDonald’s, BIC, and Thai Union. Her work bridges high-level strategy and real-world execution — helping brands activate purpose, embed resilience, and unlock business value across their operations and value chains.
Divya’s insights and impact have been featured in Forbes, WWD, Business Insider, Sourcing Journal, Supply Chain Digital, Fast Company, and Digital Trends Live. She is a sought-after speaker at global events such as Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit (F&B keynote), SF Climate Week, EcoVadis SUSTAIN, Cornell Business School, Techstars, Home Delivery World, Automated Vehicles Symposium, FASHINNOVATION, and Nexus Global. She also serves as a Mentor for Unreasonable Group, Advisor to APCO Worldwide, Portfolio Advisor for Rethink Food VC, and Thought Leader/Jury Member for EcoVadis.
Divya has been named one of the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain by Supply Chain Digital, one of the Top 10 Women in Procurement by Procurement Magazine, and is a recipient of the Women in Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Elsa is an internationally trained lawyer and independent advisor with over a decade of experience advancing sustainability in business and finance. She co-founded and served as firm-wide coordinator for a leading international law firm’s global Business & Human Rights practice, was a Director at the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), and advised the UN Working Group on Business and Human Rights.
Elsa works with companies, investors, and other stakeholders such as EFRAG. She provides legal and strategic advice on sustainable finance and corporate sustainability, with a focus on human rights and due diligence. She has published extensively on these topics and serves as an expert on several advisory boards. She is also a permanent lecturer at Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC Business School.
Laura Taal, REVIVER’s founder and lead facilitator for the First Time Right Supplier Engagement training, brings 15+ years of experience in sustainable supply chains from roles at HEINEKEN International, PwC, and IDH. With a background in Cultural Anthropology and Human Rights Law, she managed sustainability for 50,000+ suppliers and pioneered projects like blockchain-based environmental tracking. A scientifically-informed optimist, Laura transforms complex challenges like Scope 3 emissions into actionable plans, empowering procurement leaders to drive Net Zero supply chains by 2050 through REVIVER’s dynamic trainings and workshops.
